10.30 - Yoga practice: Pacifying slow and grounding practice to work with ‘letting go.'
11.30 - What is Ayurveda? Discovering your own unique body-mind type. What imbalances us? Ayurvedic daily routines, lifestyle and dietary advice.
13.00 - Seasonal Ayurvedic lunch.
13.45 - “Me time." An opportunity to enjoy the beautiful rooms of the Hall, quiet time with a book, or a self-guided walk in the Hall's parklands and gardens.
14.30 - Practical hands-on ways to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia using Ayurveda: Learning about Abhyanga massage and aromas that will be of help as well as looking at Manas (the mind).
15.30 - Afternoon drinks and Ayurvedic snacks.
15.50 - Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra – this practice will offer guidelines on how to achieve better sleep by looking at an embodied approach that balances the body and quiets the mind finishing with a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation.
17.00 - Plenary - questions, departures and goodbyes.

This workshop will be a mixture of hands on learning, intention setting, practical advice, take-away practices/recipes, individual/group work, meditation, journaling, relaxing Yoga Nidra and the energising practice of Yoga. Following this introductory workshop, we will be hosting events in line with each season.

We are delighted as a registered Yoga Therapist to be part of the Tinnitus Information Day. This event is free of charge for the general public. Free refreshments and a light sandwich lunch are provided! Experts will be giving talks about:

* The impact of tinnitus
* Audiological and medical treatments available
* Psychological approaches to managing tinnitus
To draw attention to the therapy choices for tinnitus, we will be offering two stress management tasters and will be exhibiting with a stall to provide advice and information.

The event is jointly hosted by Bridget Jacques of Perfect Posture Pilates and Tristessa Moore of YoYogaSoul. We both bring our experiences of Yoga, Pilates, Yoga Therapy, Alexander Technique, Mindfulness, coaching, and education to bring an refreshing approach to well-being, health and fitness to make you feel relaxed, de-stressed and re-aligned.

14.30 - 16.30 – Pre-Booked Take Away Skills Workshops for Everyday Mind and Body Maintenance (each 25 minute session will be on concurrently and will be repeated so there is an opportunity to attend both 1 and 2 by each Retreat Leader)
