What is yoga therapy?
Yoga Therapy primarily focuses on your health needs. I conduct an assessment, establish an appropriate goal, and develop a programme to help reduce or manage the symptoms of a health condition, or health conditions.

A teacher-led Yoga class follows a set sequence focussing on strength and flexibility. Yoga Therapy sessions focus on individual needs and draw from a wide variety of Yoga practices to help you deal with specific health conditions.

Hello, I’m Tristessa. I’ll work with you using yoga techniques to help you achieve your wellness goals. We’ll work with mind, body, and emotions to help you achieve balance in your life.
If you’re a beginner, you are always welcome in my one-to-one sessions, workshops or at my classes.
I’m a qualified Yoga Therapist. That means I’m accredited by the British Council for Yoga Therapy and registered with the CNHC. I also deliver Yoga for well-being in schools, primaries, colleges, prisons, and businesses.
