Yoga Therapy uses postures, breathing, relaxation, and mindful meditation to bring about improved health and well-being for the mobile and less-able for a range of health issues regardless of age or experience.

One-to-one tuition works at your own pace with a devised programme after an initial assessment, preferably booked in a block of sessions, tailored exclusively to your health needs and goals.
