What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy will enable you to understand and get to know your body and your health condition to lessen its impact and improve well-being.
In Yoga classes a set sequence of poses are followed; however, in my Yoga Therapy setting, I tailor the sessions to your goals, needs, and specific health conditions whether physical or mental.
I combine the traditional aspects of Yoga, such as postures, breathing, relaxation, and mindful meditation, but with western perspectives on health and well-being.
Because I’m a registered and accredited Yoga Therapist, Doctors in the NHS can refer their patients to me.
